I have just gone live with my latest web directory. “Not another one”, I hear you say. This one is something of a passion and a business venture rolled into one. How cool is that? (hopefully) making some money out of something you really like.
It’s called Eco Web, and is a directory of web sites dedicated to environmental issues, including Fair Trade, Green Consumerism and Ethical Investment. This new site exists to bring together a variety of web sites, blogs and environmental initiatives across the UK and Ireland dedicated to environmental concerns. There are opportunities to advertise through text ads, banner ads and more.

If, like me, you’ve ever wanted to add a new page on your Wordpress blog but don’t want to show it live the blogosphere yet then take a look at this plug in. It allows you to hide a page from your navigation bar and then at a click make it visible when you’re ready. I like it because you can visit the page url in your browser and view the page as it is but no one else will no what it is.
I have recently created a new web links directory, called A1 Pixel Directory. It’s a visually appealing directory where you can upload a logo, banner or other image which acts as the link to your site.
